Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Roadtrip account and associated data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Send your request

Email us from the address connected to your Roadtrip account and ask to delete it. If you used Apple Hide My Email, include your Roadtrip relay address if you know it. We will help verify account ownership. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

What happens next

We verify your request, then delete your account profile and associated saved trips. Locally saved vehicles can be removed by clearing Roadtrip’s app storage or uninstalling the app. Records needed for legal obligations, security, or transactions may be retained; we will explain any exceptions that apply when handling your request.

If you have an existing subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play as well. Account deletion does not automatically cancel store billing.
